All of Lower Delaware Breaking News Admin monitor live real time police, fire and ems calls via radio scanners and scanner feed providing you with the most up to date information as possible. Admin also consist of photographers and videographers and as scene safety and public safety personnel permits will take scene photographs and video without encroaching on the rights of patients and their HIPAA rights.
